Returns and Refunds
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for valid reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. There is no warranty on color changes, or stones coming out or cracks due to the condition of the use or damage due to wear and tear. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items and we do not offer repair service. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payments and within 7days of a transaction made and will be subject to approval. The refund may be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer or credited into Zeina O Khazeina account. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please be aware that there is a No Refund and No Cancellation policy beyond the 7 days of initiating the payment.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and return back the product to the customer.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require the original receipt, purchase order. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization issued by us.
We shall provide you the courier service name upon mail return approval. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. All the shipping costs(collection and return) shall be borne by the customer.
If any ordered item got damaged during the transit contact us immediately on the same day for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund
All refunds will be subject to a AED 100 handling and restocking fee plus, AED 30 shipping fee per collection and return.
